Qualifications

• Masters in Planning or related field with four+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with six years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience preparing and processing a wide range of planning documents including General Plans, Specific Plans, and Development Applications.
• Strong coordination and presentation skills for public meetings; knowledge of local codes, policies, and city/county guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process a wide range of planning documents including General Plans, Specific Plans, and Development Applications.
• Coordinate and present at public meetings; engage with the community and stakeholders.
• Participate in business development such as preparation of proposals; support project management.
