Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• 4–6 years' experience in complex litigation focusing on employment and class actions.
• Experience defending class actions including wage-hour claims and discrimination.
• Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance and policy drafting.

Responsibilities

• Litigate high-profile labor and employment class action cases.
• Develop case strategies from discovery to trial.
• Provide strategic counsel on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and manage case teams.
• Maintain direct client relationships.
