LA28 is seeking a Permit Associate to join the venue infrastructure team in securing, managing, and maintaining permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for Olympic and Paralympic venues in Downtown Los Angeles. The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
The candidate will work onsite in our Los Angeles office, coordinating with city, county, and state agencies, tracking deadlines, and preparing status reports for leadership.
The Permit Associate will support LA28's venue infrastructure team in securing, managing, and maintaining all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for Olympic and Paralympic venues. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while facilitating smooth operations and construction activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments.
The annual base hourly range for this position is $30.35 - $35.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
