Job Description:

As an Associate Partner in HR Transformation, Business Sales & Delivery Executive for Oracle (Band 10), you will lead and execute transformation projects focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of consulting engagements.

Your role and responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary consultant to key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives.
2. Business Development: Lead sales activities for Oracle HCM solutions, identify new opportunities, and expand existing client relationships.
3. Solution Design and Strategy: Develop and present Oracle HCM transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with industry trends and best practices.
4. Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, resource management, risk mitigation, change management, and quality assurance.
5. Thought Leadership: Represent IBM at industry events, publish thought leadership pieces, and contribute to solution development.
6. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor consultants, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
7. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
8. Partnership: Collaborate with Oracle's sales, product, and technical teams for aligned and effective solution delivery.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership or partner roles.
2. Proven success in delivering large-scale HCM transformation projects.
3. Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Fusion HCM, Taleo, etc.) and relevant technologies.
4. Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation, integration, and customization.
5. Strong business acumen to leverage technology for business value.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Self-motivated, results-driven, thriving in dynamic environments.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Additional preferred experience includes familiarity with other HR technologies and a track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
