Job Description:

As an Associate Partner in HR Transformation, Business Sales & Delivery for Oracle (Band 10), you will lead transformation projects focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Your roles and responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary consultant for key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives.
2. Business Development: Lead sales efforts for Oracle HCM solutions, identify new opportunities, and expand existing relationships.
3. Solution Design and Strategy: Develop and present Oracle HCM transformation strategies aligned with industry trends and best practices.
4. Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, including resource management, risk mitigation, change management, and quality assurance.
5. Thought Leadership: Represent IBM at industry events, publish thought leadership, and contribute to solution development.
6. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
7. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and profitability to meet or exceed financial targets.
8. Partnership: Collaborate with Oracle's sales, product, and technical teams for aligned and effective solution delivery.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership or partner roles.
2. Proven success in delivering large-scale HCM transformation projects.
3. Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Fusion HCM, Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and relevant technologies.
4. Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation, integration, and customization.
5. Strong business acumen to leverage technology for business value.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
