Texas A&M University–Commerce seeks a leader to serve as Assistant Dean, at the Associate or Full Professor rank, with teaching responsibilities of two courses per long semester. The position is a full-time, 9-month, tenured appointment, and requires working from the Dallas and Commerce campuses.

The role leads College of Business graduate programs, collaborates with the Dean and Graduate School, and supports accreditation and learning assurance activities within COB graduate offerings.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree from AACSB-accredited program.
• Peer-reviewed journal publications within last 5 years to maintain Scholarly Academic status.
• Experience teaching both online and face-to-face graduate courses.
• Experience with Assurance of Learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach and conduct scholarly activity consistent with rank and position.
• Lead graduate programs in the College of Business.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment of graduate course offerings.
• Ensure accreditation standards and AACSB requirements are met in graduate programs.
• Collaborate with Dean, Graduate School, and COB Graduate Advisors.
• Engage with community partners to support graduate enrollment.
