You will ensure every patient receives exceptional Optometric services and build strong doctor-patient relationships while leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.

Ideal candidates will hold a Doctor of Optometry, have strong communication skills, and a track record of quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and license required.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the organization as an Associate Optometrist, delivering brand promise and core results through collaboration and teamwork.
• Ensures patients receive the highest quality Optometric care by following clinical protocols.
• Supports medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical support.
• Exhibits KPI management and accountability to exceed targets.
• Fosters partnerships with local market leaders and store teams.
• Provides excellent service and builds Doctor/Patient relationships.
• Utilizes technology to enhance patient experiences and eye care outcomes.
