LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and ensure clinical excellence. You will work with the MOD and store team to deliver top-level optometric services and grow the practice through effective partnerships.

The role emphasizes ongoing licensure, high-quality care, and leveraging technology to educate patients on eye health and treatment options.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required and active licensure.
• Residency training preferred.
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, Billing and Coding.
• Familiarity with surgical care within Optometry.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Drives KPI performance and accountability to exceed results.
• Maintains LensCrafters as a recognized medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Leads and mentors team members to deliver exceptional patient service.
• Develops strong doctor/patient relationships and utilizes technology effectively.
• Ensures patients understand eye health and treatment options.
