Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and patient experience within our eyewear retail setting. You will perform eye exams, provide medical eyecare, and support surgical/ referral care as applicable.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership to achieve KPI targets and ensure top-tier patient service while maintaining licensure and Continuing Education requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required; commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener; problem solving; organized.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality Optometric care and clinical protocols.
• Leads with the MOD, SMM & team to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensures the practice is recognized as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Supports patient/customer experience and education during eye exams.
