Job summary

Amgen’s Associate Fuel Rotational Program in Puerto Rico offers a 26-month path with rotations through Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering and Supply Chain. The program includes mentorship and coaching to develop leadership, technical knowledge, and business acumen.

You will join a cohort starting in July 2027, with full-time availability. The program aims to prepare you for future leadership roles within Amgen’s Operations organization in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex rotation assignments across Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrate agility and flexibility across 3 rotations.
• Use data and insights to drive business performance.
• Collaborate across teams and levels of management.
• Develop leadership skills and business understanding through mentorship and coaching.
