Job summary

Applied Medical launches an Operations and Distribution Associate cohort in early November 2026 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The program provides hands-on exposure to distribution, operations, and enterprise systems through a structured rotation in multiple departments.

You will train across customer relations, field operations, warehouse, contracts, pricing, and project management, building foundational business and analytical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics or projects.
• Curious about operations or business careers in manufacturing/distribution.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with flexibility in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across customer relations, field operations, warehouse operations, shipping, contracts, pricing, business operations and project management.
• Learn core business processes and operational workflows by supporting day-to-day activities.
• Complete on-the-job training and workshops to develop technical, analytical, and operational skills.
• Use enterprise systems and ERP platforms to support distribution and operations teams.
• Assist with system implementations, testing, documentation and rollout activities.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities and supporting implementation.
