Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate for the Fuel Rotational Program at our West Greenwich, RI site. This 26-month program develops future leaders through three rotations in manufacturing, quality, and a wildcard function, with a July 2027 cohort start and full-time employment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to Amgen’s operations while contributing to projects that support our mission to serve patients living with serious illnesses.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline by July 2027.
• Preferred qualifications include leadership demonstrated through activities or work experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.20 preferred and strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex rotation assignments and tasks.
• Dive into new topics, ramp up knowledge quickly to contribute meaningfully.
• Demonstrate agility while transitioning through three rotations.
• Understand how work supports Amgen’s strategies and goals.
• Use data and insights to drive business performance.
