• Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into future operational and enterprise leadership roles.
• Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Global Manufacturing; MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Complete multiple-functional rotations (12 months each) tailored to development goals.
• Participate in Leadership Development Series and mentorship.
• Develop leaders and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes.
