Responsibilities

• Develops merchandising strategies with the Merchandiser to maximize sales, margin, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
• Reviews sales performance and selling reports for owned categories.
• Plans and executes pricing strategies to optimize sales and inventory.
• Develops assortment plans and sales forecasts for specific categories.
• Manages purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and markdowns across stores and e-commerce.
• Creates and maintains weekly selling, hindsight, and store reports.
