JCPenney is hiring a Retail Associate to join our Town of Florida store in New York. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and deliver outstanding service while supporting restocking and in-store merchandising efforts.

You’ll help with inventory, omnichannel tasks, and store operations, aiming to hit sales, service, and attendance goals. 1–2 years of retail experience is preferred; we offer an associate discount and a supportive team environment.

• Contributes to Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes as needed
• Contributes to Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor and Return to Warehouse activities
• Assists with the Defective process execution to ensure integrity of inventory and prevent shrink
• Supports company shrink and safety initiatives
• Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales

Pay Range

USD $15.00/Hr -USD $18.75/Hr.
