LF Sourcing (Millwork) in Chicago seeks an Associate Merchandiser for our Miles Hard Goods Division to support customer relationships and ensure seamless order execution from placement to delivery.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers, and help drive the division’s success through excellent service and execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in merchandising, sales support, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1–3 times per year, as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day merchandising operations, including order entry, tracking, and communication with customers and overseas teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of purchase orders, production schedules, and customer requirements.
• Partner with the Miles team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in line with quality and compliance standards.
• Manage artwork timelines and coordinate commercial packaging requirements with overseas offices and customers.
• Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing forms, and supporting the tender process.
• Coordinate the distribution, approval, and tracking of product samples between factories and customers.
• Provide consistent, high-level customer service and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

Compensation/Benefits

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour. The offered hourly rate for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
