Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning in a retail environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses planning tools and systems to assist in decision-making, interpret reporting, and communicate findings effectively.
• Supports business recommendations, helps resolve challenges, and applies analytical insights to improve processes.
• Tracks key metrics, collaborates with the buying team on weekly evaluations, and applies data-driven insights to enhance strategies.
• Builds strong relationships with buying and planning teams, engages with senior leaders, and contributes to team processes.
• Takes initiative in learning industry best practices and supports team goals.
