Silver Lake Psychology is seeking an Associate Mental Health Therapist to deliver outpatient therapy under supervision while working toward full licensure in California.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: ACSW, AMFT, APCC in California.
• Master's Degree in a counseling-related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and outpatient therapy.
• Ability to provide therapy independently and use telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Assess bio-psycho-social needs and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Gather parent/patient feedback on programming and goals.
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting supervision requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in individual/group supervision and adhere to ethics.
• Utilize scheduling, billing, credentialing and intake supports; offer telehealth.
