Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) from an accredited program.

Certifications

Valid license in California as one of the following:

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Associate Professional Counselor (APCC)
• Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

Minimum Requirements

• Manage a caseload of at least 12 clients.
• Warm, empathetic, skilled at building therapeutic relationships.
• Provide confidential telehealth services with appropriate technology.
• Committed to professional growth and learning.
• Self-starter with flexibility and focus on client care.

Physical Requirements

• Operate office equipment with manual dexterity.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Normal or corrected vision; clear verbal communication.
• Good communication skills and emotional resilience.
