At Stirling Behavioral Health Institute, we don’t do average. We’re on the lookout for go-getters, self-starters, and mission-driven clinicians who are passionate about making real impact with youth and families in our community.
We’re currently hiring school-based therapists for positions serving children, teens, and transitional-age youth in Van Nuys and across the San Fernando Valley. If you're bilingual Spanish-speaking, thrive in a flexible environment, and want your work to mean something every single day — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality individual and family therapy in schools, at our Van Nuys office, or via telehealth
Use evidence-based practices (like TF-CBT, MAP, CPP, CBT, Seeking Safety) to drive measurable outcomes
Collaborate with a passionate team and stay aligned with LACDMH documentation and quality standards
Enjoy meaningful clinical work — without Wraparound or FSP services
Who You Are:
Licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) or an Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) ready to grow
A driven, ethical, and compassionate professional with strong follow-through
Bonus points if you’re bilingual Spanish-speaking and have experience with DMH services or EBP certification
Thrive in school-based settings and flexible work environments
Comfortable commuting to Van Nuys and surrounding areas
Why You’ll Love Working Here: We know that great clinicians do their best work when they’re supported, valued, and taken care of. Here’s how we invest in YOU:

15 days PTO + 10 paid holidays per year
No evenings or weekends required
