We are a medium-sized group practice in Whittier, CA. We are looking for associates who are self-motivated, engaged, and have an easy time asking questions. We are a growing practice that is seeking team members who are comfortable and flexible in changing environments. We'd love someone who is looking for a position where they can grow in our practice. Our practice was built with the clinician and their personal lives outside of work at the front. Our practice wants candidates who meet the minimum requirement of 25 billable hours per week, and then go home and have life outside of the office. We ask for our associates to complete 6 trainings out of 12 offered during the year, attend supervision, group, and meet their numbers. Supervisors are as available as you need, and we encourage you to take advantage of the flexibility we offer. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities: • Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives • Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress • Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed • Must be registered with the CA BBS as an associate. Compensation: $69,000+ bonus
