Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Associate Meeting Planner for a fixed duration position in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on executing high-impact meetings and events that build brand awareness and partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage the full lifecycle of events, from discovery and planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3–5 years' experience in project management and events.
• Experience with travel & meeting tools such as Cvent and Concur.
• Experience supporting global meetings and travel management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end meeting management from intake to post-event evaluation.
• Define objectives, budgets, attendee experience and event requirements.
• Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, registration, rooming lists, BEOs, transportation, AV.
• Manage multiple meetings simultaneously, meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Develop post-event reports and KPIs to show event effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and security.
