Elanco is seeking a Senior Associate in Analytical Development to join the Synthetic Molecule Technical Development group at its Indianapolis headquarters in a hybrid work setting. The role focuses on analytical testing of small molecule portfolios from early to late-stage development, collaborating with formulation teams, and presenting data to cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Master's with 1-2 years or Bachelor's with 5-6 years in pharma analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical chemistry background and GMP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analytical testing (HPLC/UPLC, KF, dissolution).
• Develop, qualify, and validate analytical methods.
• Analyze data, document results, and present findings to teams.
