Job summary

Blue United Sourcing LLC is seeking an Associate Medical Physicist to join an established Radiation Oncology team in Valdosta, GA. The ideal candidate has completed ABR Part 1 and is advancing through residency toward board certification.

You will calibrate radiation therapy equipment, verify safe operation, and perform calculations for external beam therapy and brachytherapy. You will support QA and work with the clinical team on treatment planning and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Medical Physics (or related physical science) preferred.
• Successful completion of ABR Part 1.
• Medical Physics residency completed or well advanced.
• Board eligible for ABR or ABMP certification.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate radiation therapy equipment and verify safe operation.
• Perform and verify calculations for external beam therapy and brachytherapy.
• Support quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance.
