Job summary

Blue United Sourcing is seeking an Associate Medical Physicist to join an established Radiation Oncology team in Valdosta, GA. This role is ideal for a physicist who has completed ABR Part 1, has completed or is well advanced in residency, and is ready to continue progressing toward full board certification while working alongside an experienced ABR-certified physicist.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week), no weekends or on-call, with a salary around $175,000 annually and benefits

Qualifications

• ABR Part 1 completed or well advanced in residency.
• Board eligible for ABR or ABMP certification.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate radiation therapy equipment and verify safe operation.
• Perform and verify calculations for external beam therapy and brachytherapy.
• Support quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and patient safety.
