Job summary

Infinite Agency, LLC is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead a media team and oversee multi-channel campaigns across planning and placement for current and prospective clients.

You will forecast, analyze audience behaviors, and mentor Digital Media Managers while driving client value, dashboards, and reporting. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital media ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of working within an Advertising or Media Buying Agency
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience setting up and managing campaigns within Meta and Google
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to present in client meetings
• Proven work experience for Planning and Placement
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful campaigns
• Strong understanding of how all current channels function
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
• Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships

Responsibilities

• Ownership of a portfolio of accounts from the Media perspective while partnering with the leads from other departments (Strategy, Creative, Brand Management) to drive the goals of the business
• Oversee the design of the Media campaign for clients to ensure they are receiving the optimum value and engagement across all channels
• Manage the current Digital Media Managers through their career path while serving as a mentor for their projects and deliverables
• Accurately forecast multi-channel digital plans while managing the pacing and cadence throughout the duration of the campaigns
• Analyzing behaviors of customers and prospects using tools employed by the agency
• Educate the agency on the ever changing landscape as well as ensuring that client facing team members feel comfortable explaining dashboards and reports with their counterparts
• Ensure monthly billing by the Media Managers and team is accurately accounted for and, in turn, invoiced to the client
• Analyze, negotiate and execute private marketplace and programmatic campaigns.
• Evaluate potential new partners, platforms and opportunities for revenue growth. Including but not limited to audience segment development and sale opportunities, yield analysis about site setup and location of higher priced inventory, and micro-analysis of inventory value as determined by buyers
