The Infinite Agency in the United States is seeking a Paid Media Manager to guide day-to-day campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, working with a Media Supervisor or Associate Media Director to optimize performance and growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency, manage partner relationships, and deliver data-driven insights that drive measurable results while aligning with the agency's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two+ years of full-time experience in Advertising or Media Agency.
• Experience setting up campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.

Responsabilités

• Setting up campaigns in platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) based on approved media plans.
• Plan and buy for all channels (i.e., search and social media, display, programmatic) to ensure brand consistency.
• Measure ROAS and KPIs based on campaign objectives including monthly post reports.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with media partners including traditional and DSPs, trading desks, and other buying platforms.
• Analyze, negotiate and execute campaigns.

Role Description

You will help guide the Media for a select portfolio of accounts under a Media Supervisor or Associate Media Director. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all media channels. The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management in-platform and partnership with our core partners helping Infinite monetize our entire portfolio for traditional and digital campaigns. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company presence.

Ultimately, you should be able to drive media efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up campaigns in platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) based on approved media plans.
• Plan and Buy for all channels (i.e.. search and social mediaOOH, Programmatic) to ensure brand consistency
• Measure ROAS and KPIs based on Campaign objectives including monthly post reports.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with all media partners including traditional and DSPs, Agency trading desks and other buying platforms for display, Native, Paid Social and video.
• Analyze, negotiate and execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• At lease two years of full-time experience within an Advertising or Media Agency
• More than two years of experience setting up campaigns in platform in Meta Business Manager and Google Adwords
• Ability to present in client meetings
• Strong understanding of how all current channels function
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
• Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships
