Job summary

KPMG in the United States seeks an Associate Managing Director to lead the Enterprise Contracting Center Technology team and shape the strategy for CLMS implementation across the future-state organization.

You will partner with ECC leadership and business stakeholders to deliver on contracts, driving adoption, governance, and value across programs while mentoring staff and maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in change and transformation across cross-enterprise programs.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic solution delivery and enterprise CLMS platforms.
• Ability to influence and interact with diverse leaders and executive management on contracts and subcontract issues.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategy for CLMS technology implementation and rollout across the future state organization.
• Collaborate with ECC leadership, PMO, and contract management teams to implement requirements and change/adoption plans.
• Provide leadership to set and achieve the team’s strategic goals and priorities in line with firm objectives.
• Direct multiple key projects, manage conflicts of high complexity, and escalate issues to executives as needed.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, and training of staff and ensure proper resource utilization.
