Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Director, CPM Transformation & Sales Digital Products to lead the Customer Performance Management transformation and to serve as Technology Service Leader for the Sales Digital Products portfolio. You will drive enterprise technology delivery across CRM, CLM, data platforms, and AI-enabled automation, aligning with USPD's commercial goals.

This role partners with the Transformation Office and executives, manages budgets and risks, and mentors a team of Technology Service

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology transformation.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology programs with cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery for CPM transformation across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Translate strategy into an integrated technology roadmap and execution plan (CLM, AI automation, data analytics, incentives).
• Provide technology leadership for CPM solution delivery; collaborate with Enterprise Architecture for scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation objectives; manage governance and investments.
• Communicate program health and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain the technology service management for Sales Digital Products; monitor service health and customer satisfaction.
