Responsibilities

• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and shipments.
• Enter and maintain inventory data from contracts, PO, invoices, and requisitions.
• Maintain physical and electronic records of material locations and movements.
• Prepare materials for shipment with proper packaging and documentation.
• Investigate misdirected shipments, damage, or freight overcharges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
