Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Loaner Processing Technician to handle the shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment of loaner instruments and sets.

You will audit and inspect loaner sets, verify serial labels, and maintain accurate inventory and transfer records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, Inspection (for instruments & implants) and Put-away.
  • Create, View, Confirm, Short Confirm & Print Transfer Orders.
  • Verifies serial label attached to incoming loaner sets and documents for discrepancies with proposed corrective action.
  • Maintains records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status of material locations.
  • Packages sets after inspection ensuring that documentation is accurate, and sets are protected and adequately strapped for shipment.
  • Performs bin to bin transfers using handheld Scanner guns.
  • Responsible for processing loose parts & sterile loose part sets.
  • Responsible for processing extra retrievals sets.
  • Responsible for processing black sets for sterile parts & MAGECX.

Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.Position Summary:The Associate Loaner Processing Technician is responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
