Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Associate Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for Weapons Systems programs. You will work with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to craft, manage and report on schedules, while advancing scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.

The role requires 0–3 years of scheduling experience in engineering or manufacturing, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years’ experience scheduling in engineering development/manufacturing environments or similar.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Deltek OpenPlan for scheduling.
• Knowledge of advanced scheduling methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with Earned Value reporting and schedule performance metrics.
• Ability to develop and report on Schedule Risk Analyses (SRA).
• Experience with Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and converting them to IMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IMS to ensure alignment with contractual scope, logic, and resources.
• Assist baselining programs, assign resources, and verify budget baselines.
• Provide EVA variance insights to CAMs for baseline reporting.
• Resolve schedule issues through root-cause analysis and teamwork.
• Monitor and improve planning and scheduling processes and procedures.
• Analyze health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support development of IMS and transition to IMS.
