  • Facilitate process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to Master Data team members.

Job description

Leprino Foods is seeking an Associate Master Data Analyst to support the management and governance of master data across the organization in domains such as material, production, quality, customer, pricing, and vendor. The role carries out data governance policies and ensures data quality, communicating impact to stakeholders to minimize operational impact.

Compensation

Starting compensation range: $64,700 - $76,000. Annual target bonus: 5%.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to complete changes within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Execute business requests according to established rules and processes.
  • Troubleshoot non-routine requests and propose solutions within a team environment.
  • Support implementation of maintenance solutions and communicate cross-functionally to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Analyze downstream impacts of master data changes, including integration points and business process impacts.
  • Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new processes and system improvements that affect master data.
  • Facilitate process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency using various tools and deep knowledge of company goals and priorities.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to Master Data team members, emphasizing how each data domain fits in the overall data landscape.
  • Audit data across domains against rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy, updating data as necessary.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide input to resolve obstacles to meeting team SLAs.
  • Collaborate with senior peers to build, test, and reconcile master data for projects within the domain.
  • Suggest continuous improvements to master data management processes and methodologies to support evolving business requirements and production operations.
  • Assist in developing automated tools for data creation, normalization, input, and validation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with proven experience in data management.
  • Proven understanding of designated domains and their integration points impacting business processes.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
