Job summary

Leprino Foods is seeking an Associate Master Data Analyst to support master data management across domains such as material, production, quality, customer, pricing, and vendor. The role emphasizes data governance, data quality, and stakeholder communication to minimize operational impact.

The position offers a starting compensation range of $64,700 - $76,000 with a 5% annual target bonus and a hybrid office/home schedule. Relevant experience in data management and SAP/Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with data management experience.
• Understanding of designated domains and integration points impacting business processes.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work a weekly 3/2 hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize changes within SLAs.
• Execute business requests per established rules and processes.
• Troubleshoot non-routine requests and propose solutions.
• Support maintenance implementations and cross-functional communication.
• Analyze downstream impacts of master data changes across domains.
• Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new processes.
• Facilitate process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to Master Data team members.
