Job summary

Leprino in Denver is seeking an Admin Assistant II to support VPs, Directors, Managers, and department teams with day-to-day administrative coordination.

You will create, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and business correspondence with precision; manage calendars and travel, including international arrangements, and process expenses and P-Cards. This role offers growth within a global cheese business and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • 7 years of administrative support experience or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics for leaders or department teams.
  • Experience preparing business documents, presentations, correspondence, and reports in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across Leprino by supporting Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and department teams with day-to-day administrative coordination.
  • Create, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel, passports, and visas.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and monthly P-Card transactions while maintaining organized financial records.
  • Organize department meetings, leadership events, and team gatherings by coordinating logistics, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support communication flow by screening phone calls, sharing timely updates, and routing information to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain department records, archive files, contact lists, and office documentation to support smooth daily operations.
  • Purchase and replenish department supplies while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain office efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants across corporate and plant locations to support recurring meetings and shared initiatives.
  • Respond to employee, customer, and vendor requests with professionalism, transparency, and a service-focused approach.
  • Provide backup support for corporate office administrative teams to help maintain continuity across departments.
  • Contribute ideas that improve organization, communication, and coordination within the department. We believe hiring great people helps build stronger teams!

Job description

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $35 and $39. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.

What You’ll Do:

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • 7 years of administrative support experience or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics for leaders or department teams.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support for Vice Presidents, Directors, or senior leadership teams.
  • A Notary Public designation or eligibility to obtain the designation.
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, department events, or cross-functional projects within a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting teams in manufacturing, food production, or other large operational organizations.
