We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Marketing Assistant to help plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with campaign managers, as well as internal and external teams, to shape and deliver engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness, support lead generation, and drive business growth. They are highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about marketing.

  • Help develop and maintain marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and other channels, from concept through execution.

  • Help plan and organize promotional events and webinars, contributing to how they fit into the broader campaign strategy, not just logistics.
Data & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics, including lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and overall campaign performance.
  • Translate performance data into insights and recommendations that inform strategy adjustments and future campaign planning.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms to monitor effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
What You'll Bring
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably including some exposure to campaign strategy or planning in addition to coordination/execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, web, paid advertising, and events, along with an understanding of how they fit into a broader campaign strategy.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and platforms to research, generate, and optimize content and strategy across marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Miro, Power BI).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on data.
