Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $48,000-$70,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar is the only financial wellness solution proven to create lasting behavior change, helping thousands of companies and millions of employees break the cycle of money problems that follow them to work. To grow our impact, we’re looking for a strategic marketer who can partner closely with our sales team to help move active opportunities through the pipeline and into closed business. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, sharp analytical skills to identify trends in pipeline and win/loss data, confident communication to align with sales leaders, and the ability to create timely, relevant campaigns that influence decision-makers and drive results.
