What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage datasets and generate reports and models in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned
- Analyze data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Communicate the results of data analysis in both written and verbal forms to management
- Support the development and modification of reports to meet program needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related STEM field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, or Master's Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience
- At least 2 years of prior experience with metrics principles and report production
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams, systems, and products effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Proven analytical skills for developing data-driven reports
