Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:

• act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market
• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning.

You will work as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Mountain West Market.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Colorado - Denver min USD 120000 - max USD 145000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
