Job summary

UBS in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Market Executive to help lead the local wealth management market. You will partner with Market Directors and leaders to drive growth, coach financial advisors, and ensure consistent execution of firm priorities.

This role requires 5–10 years in wealth management, proven leadership, and credentials like Series 7, 66, and 9/10. You will manage escalated issues, support hiring and onboarding of advisors, and act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Market Head in daily market management.

• Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance.
• When appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks.
• Assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning.
• Serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 120000 - max USD 160000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
