Job summary

UBS is seeking a Market Director to lead day‑to‑day management and growth for the Northern New England Market based in Portland, Maine. The role drives business goals, develops Financial Advisors, and oversees compliance, regulatory and supervisory issues while serving a portfolio of clients.

You will run regular sales meetings, monitor activity for compliance, and address issues across financial, reputational, and operational risk.

Qualifications

  • Delivery of KPIs as agreed with the respective business.
  • Create and drive a culture of asset growth, continued Financial Advisor development and high retention within the locations to which they are aligned.
  • Manage and resolve issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory ,operational and HR Governance risks.
  • Maximizes existing relationships and efficiently leverages external and internal partner

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

  • United States - Maine - Portland min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
