Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor in Pullman, WA to lead teams, improve production flow, and mentor staff.

You will coordinate with upstream and downstream areas, drive safety initiatives, and apply Lean/World Class Manufacturing principles to daily operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and plant systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally to a diverse audience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS).
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear direction to work group to meet production objectives.
• Understand upstream and downstream work areas to ensure accurate product flow.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist in setting goals.
