Amgen seeks an Associate Manufacturing - Nights for its Rhode Island facility to perform GMP-driven manufacturing tasks and document batch records. The role focuses on batching, process monitoring, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements.

The candidate should have a related degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, plus knowledge of GMP and lab equipment, with a 12-hour night shift and shift differential. Amgen values patient-centered science.

Formación

• High school/GED with 2 years manufacturing or operations experience.
• Associate’s + 6 months of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of large-scale biotechnology operations is a plus.
• GMP knowledge and ability to apply regulatory requirements.
• Basic statistical/mathematical skills and analytical methods understanding.
• Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities.
• Project management and presentation skills desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform batching and transfer of Buffers and Media according to SOPs.
• Follow and monitor critical processes, complete validation protocols, and draft/ revise documents.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and review documentation for assigned functions.
• Initiate and own area Deviations, revise SOPs and perform LEAN functions.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
