Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Iuka, MS, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer (Level 1/2) to support high-volume production of composite aerospace components. You will collaborate with IPTs and shop floor teams to minimize downtime, improve processes, and enable quality outcomes.

Requirements include a STEM bachelor’s degree (Level 1) or STEM bachelor’s with 1 year (Level 2), proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, and the ability to obtain US Secret clearance and PAR access.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields required; Level 1 requires 0 years or experience, Level 2 requires 1 year or experience (or Masters with 0 years).
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PAR access.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate within an IPT to develop and implement process improvements.
• Work with manufacturing personnel in highly automated production of composite aerospace components.
• Create, modify, and audit shop floor EWIs and conduct RCCA activities.
• Troubleshoot production/equipment issues and implement improvements.
