Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold FAB standards across all menu items.

You will help draw up weekly schedules, assist with training, recruiting and promotions, and coordinate merchandise purchases while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification recommended (we provide training upon hiring).
• Computer literate and basic math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.

Associate Managers (AM) are an essential part of our restaurant.
