J.Crew Group (JCG) in Miami is seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team. You will foster genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement while coaching to maximize team performance.

You will own a division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and partner with the Store Director to maximize profitability, operate systems, and recruit and train teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to act as a shared business owner with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
