Job summary

J.Crew Group in West Palm Beach is seeking an Associate Manager to join our leadership team. You will drive profitability by coaching the team, strengthening brand loyalty, and delivering exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor.

You will own a division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and partner with the Store Director to recruit, train and develop associates while maintaining operational excellence and a collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to cultivate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently meets goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
