Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end product development projects from concept through launch.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sourcing, Planning, and Marketing.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and monitor critical deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings, drive accountability, and align teams on priorities.
  • Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Track samples, testing requirements, approvals, and product launch activities.
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Exercise independent judgment while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to help bring innovative baby products from concept to commercialization. In this role, you'll manage product development projects across multiple categories, partnering closely with Product Development, Production & Sourcing, Planning, other Marketing and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward on time and on target.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys owning complex projects, working across functions, solving problems, and driving execution in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, product development, sourcing, operations, or a related function.
  • Experience within consumer products, juvenile products, apparel, accessories, soft goods, or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, sourcing processes, and manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Epicor, Teamwork, PLM systems, or similar project management tools preferred.
