Amplify is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Associate Manager to join our team, supporting Science and Math products and Amplify Classroom. You will partner with marketing leadership to develop campaigns, assets, and automation workflows that drive digital acquisition and retention.

You will lead paid media with data-driven optimization, collaborate across content and product marketing, and use AI tools to accelerate daily work while mentoring junior teammates toward team goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with marketing CRM systems and analytic tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; CMS familiarity.
• Experience using paid social platforms and Google tools; proficient in project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create digital marketing assets such as emails, ads, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
• Assist in development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaign planning.
• Drive paid media placements by monitoring performance and optimizing results.
• Lead campaigns using project management tools from start to finish.
• Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors to ensure alignment and performance.
• Measure and report on effectiveness using attribution and analytics tools; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute insights in team presentations to support reinvestment strategies and optimization.
• Support development of direct reports to align with team objectives and company goals.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and share learnings across the team.
