Job summary

Amplify is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Associate Manager to join our team in support of our Science and Math products and Amplify Classroom, a free K–12 platform for math, literacy, and science lessons. The Associate Manager will sit on the performance marketing team and collaborate with content and product marketers to develop digital campaigns and assets that align with enterprise-wide goals.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
3+ years of marketing, communications, or related field experience.
Experience with marketing CRM systems and analytic tools.
Proven ability to build digital marketing campaigns with KPIs and measurement plans.
Strong collaboration in a data-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

Create digital marketing assets such as emails, ads, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and cross-team collaboration to support acquisition goals.
Lead paid media placements by monitoring performance and optimizing results.
Use project management tools to run campaigns from start to finish.
Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
Measure and report on marketing effectiveness using attribution and analytics tools.
Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization in team presentations.
Support development of direct reports to align their work with team objectives.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate daily marketing workstreams and share learnings.
